Corpse Thrust
来自 Tekken Wiki
Corpse Thrust (骸打ち,Mukuro Uchi?, lit. "Corpse Strike") is a move introduced in Tekken Tag Tournament for Jin Kazama. He has retained this move, despite changing his fighting style. Devil Jin can also use this move from Tekken 5 and onward.
Description
Jin chambers his left arm while stepping forward with his right leg and moving his right arm forward. He then crouches into a kneeling position while performing a straight, thrusting punch with his left arm, bringing his right arm back to his side, and recoiling his fist slightly after the impact.
While the move's animation is similar between both his normal and Devil forms, Devil Jin does not recoil his arm after punching, while also having a more committal thrust animation. This is more noticeable as of Tekken 6.
Usage
This move is only of use for knocking the opponent back or taking advantage of an opponent who is off guard. It isn't the best choice for wakeup games, and is near impossible to use in a good juggle without wall splats. On block, the opponent will need to react quickly to counterattack, so Corpse Thrust is quite powerful in mid to lower level play.
In Tekken 5 and Dark Resurrection, this move can be used as a tech trap at the wall. This is done after executing a wall combo with Jin/Devil Jin which ends in the Demon Lift Kicks. If the opponent techrolls to Jin/Devil Jin's left, take a sidestep right and execute Corpse Thrust. If done correctly, it will hit the opponent's side, giving a violent knockdown and allowing a free hit.
In Tekken Revolution, it acted as the Special Arts of both Jin and Devil Jin. In Tekken 7, Devil Jin's Corpse Thrust has been changed to a Power Crush. Jin's variant will also Wall Bounce on hit starting with Season 2. In Tekken 8, Jin's variant is now a Power Crush, and successfully hitting a standing opponent from the front will transition to Black Wing Flash.
In the defunct Tekken (Mobile), Jin's Corpse Thrust serves as his hold damage but appears weaker than the other characters' hold damage moves.
Jin has a special variation in Tekken Tag Tournament and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 known as Omen Corpse Hitter.
